Community transformation happens when we all come together. It’s been a hallmark of the GLS around the world, since the very beginning. But Covid-19 has changed everything. We know gathering in large public groups in Canada in 2021 is going to limited at best. But we also know - without a doubt - that gathering for business, or with your peers, or your church, for leadership development will continue to be essential. The fact is, learning and applying new tools has proven to be more effective when done together.

Gather in-person – Bring your group together safely (adhering to local Covid-19 guidelines) at your own location to strengthen your relationships, build trust in your team, innovate toward a better future, and face challenges head-on with a fresh perspective, all fueled by our world-class faculty.
Gather remotely – Provide each team member with their own secure livestream login access for a two-day interactive online experience, complete with participant chat/interaction, live polling, and a place to take notes. Increase engagement by bringing your team together virtually over breaks, or lunch with a Zoom or Teams call to share the experience collectively.
